TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SCOPE AND VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter ‘terms and conditions’) apply upon the purchase of goods by the
customer (hereinafter ‘customer’) in the online store (www.nakk.ee, www.nakk.beauty) of NÄKK BEAUTY OÜ (hereinafter
‘NÄKK Beauty’), registry code 12931713, address Pärnu mnt 139c/1, Tallinn.
1.2. In their mutual relations, the parties are guided by these terms and conditions, the price list of NÄKK Beauty, and the
legislation currently in force in the Republic of Estonia.
2. ENTRY INTO FORCE
2.1. The contract of purchase and sale for the ordered goods is deemed to be concluded after placing of the order by the
customer and the receipt of order confirmation by NÄKK Beauty.
3. PRICES OF GOODS AND SERVICES
3.1. Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT.
3.2. NÄKK Beauty reserves the right to change the prices of goods, notifying the customer thereof by updating the prices on
the website. Upon purchasing, the customer is guaranteed the prices valid at the time of placing the order for the given
order, unless the prices on the website were incorrect due to a technical error. In such a case, the customer will be notified
as soon as possible and a suitable solution for the customer will be found, such as a refund for the incorrectly priced product.
3.3. Our database contains no information on products with no price or a price of zero. In order to specify the correct price,
please contact us by phone or e-mail. An order containing a product with a price of zero will be corrected and a new order
confirmation with the correct invoice will be sent to the customer as soon as possible.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. Possible payment methods:
Payments for goods and services are made by bank transfer in full in advance.
5. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
5.1. Information on the availability of goods is provided in the product description. Information on the website is updated
wherever possible, however, in the event of any delays or potential discrepancies between the database and the stock of
NÄKK Beauty products, Kukupesa cannot guarantee the availability of the goods. In such situations, NÄKK Beauty undertakes
to immediately notify the customer thereof and the subsequent fulfilment of the order is agreed in accordance with the
customer’s wishes and the possibilities of NÄKK Beauty.
5.2. Products that are in stock are packaged and shipped within one to three working days (i.e. from Monday to Friday).
5.3. During sales and holidays, delivery may take longer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. A customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale concluded on the basis of the order within
14 days of the receipt of the order.
6.2. In order to exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer has to submit an application to this effect to the e-mail
address of NÄKK Beauty OÜ info[at]nakk.ee and return the ordered goods.
6.3. The returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all markings. The handling fee included in the
price of products ordered from the catalogue is not refundable.
6.4. If the returned product has deteriorated and the deterioration is caused by improper use of the product, the customer is
obliged to compensate for the depreciation in value of the product.
6.5. Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered goods have been manufactured according to the customer’s personal
needs or the conditions provided by the customer.
6.6. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, NÄKK Beauty refunds the order amount to the bank account provided by
the customer at the earliest opportunity, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal (ordered goods must be
returned or the customer has to provide proof that the goods to be returned have been shipped).
6.7. The customer is liable for the cost of returning goods.
7. CONTRACTUAL RIGHTS OF NÄKK Beauty
7.1. NÄKK Beauty has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale concluded on the basis of the order if the
customer has not paid the invoice by the deadline specified in the invoice or if the stocks of the NÄKK Beauty goods in
question have run out.
7.2. NÄKK Beauty holds the goods for 30 days from the date the customer is notified. The customer is refunded on the basis
of an application less the handling and storage fee.
8. WARRANTY TERMS
8.1. NÄKK Beauty provides a warranty supplementing the liability laid down by law only in the cases and under the conditions
clearly stated in the product description.
8.2. Warranty is valid only with the purchase invoice.
8.3. The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to improper use or wear and tear.
9. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
9.1. The ownership of the goods remains with NÄKK Beauty until the full payment of the price.
10. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
10.1. NÄKK Beauty does not disclose the personal data of the customer to third parties, except to delivery service providers
for the purpose of delivering the goods to the customer.
11 CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRICE LIST
11.1 NÄKK Beauty reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list.
11.2. Any additions or amendments made to the terms and conditions or price list will be published on the website
www.nakk.ee/www.nakk.beauty. Additions and amendments to the terms and conditions or price list will enter into force
upon the publication of the amendment or addition.
11.3. If an order is placed prior to the changes to the terms and conditions and the price list, the terms and conditions and
the price list valid at the time of placing the order will apply to the customer.
12. SUPERVISORY AGENCY AND CONDITIONS
12.1 The Consumer Disputes Committee under the Consumer Protection Board exercises supervisory control over contracts
concluded on the basis of the terms and conditions of sale. For more information, please call the consumer advice hotline

12.2 A customer has the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Committee or through the European Online
Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. These terms and conditions and contracts of purchase and sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
13.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, it will not affect the validity of the remaining terms
and conditions or the contract of purchase and sale. The invalid provision is replaced by a valid and legal provision, the
economic and legal effect of which comes as close as possible to that of the invalid provision.
After the conclusion of the contract of purchase and sale, the terms and conditions will remain available at
http://www.nakk.ee.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY
In the online shopping environment of NÄKK BEAUTY, you can choose between the different delivery methods offered by
NÄKK BEAUTY. If your order includes items with different delivery times, the estimated time of delivery will be calculated on
the basis of the item with the longest delivery time. The delivery time of the goods is provided in the product description on
the website of NÄKK BEAUTY and in the sales contract confirmation.
DELIVERY COST
The cost of delivery is shown in the cart prior to the conclusion of the sales contract. In the calculation of delivery cost, the
weight and volume of the goods in cart are taken into account. Delivery cost is calculated on a per-cart basis (i.e. a flat fee
for one order of NÄKK BEAUTY products delivered to a single address).
RECEIPT OF GOODS AND DAMAGED PACKAGING/GOODS
Upon the receipt of goods, the buyer undertakes to check the condition of the goods and immediately notify NÄKK BEAUTY of
any possible damage to the goods or packaging. If any damage to the goods or packaging is found, the extent of the damage
should immediately be recorded by taking photographs.

Courier delivery
PARCEL LOCKER (ESTONIA, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, FINLAND)
Parcel terminals are self-service post offices mainly located in or near larger shopping centres. As soon as the parcel is
delivered to the parcel locker, the service provider will send you an SMS with a locker code. To receive the parcel, all you
need to do is enter the code on the touch screen of the parcel terminal, after which the locker door will open and you can
collect the parcel.
POST OFFICE
The goods you ordered will be delivered to a post office of your choice. Once the parcel has been delivered to the post
office, you will receive a parcel delivery notification and can pick up the parcel from the post office specified on the
notification on the basis of an identity document.
COURIER
With courier delivery, the ordered goods will be delivered to the front door of the building at the address you provided. Once
the order has been processed, the courier will contact you to agree on a delivery time.
